Mr. Raj Kumar, Founder Partner of the firm, has an experience of more than two decades in Auditing and Management Consultancy. He is a Graduate in Science and passed the Chartered Accountancy Exam in 1997.
Over a period of 26 years, he has gained a varied experience in the areas of Audit and Project Finance, of various entities like Companies and PSU’s Banks, etc. Mr. Kumar is very hard-working and focused in professional matters. He is committed to providing good value for money to customers and clients. Besides his professional pursuits, he utilizes his spare time for organizing free medical camps, programs for the upliftment of society and transformative spiritual education, etc.
Mr. Gaurav Goyal- Partner

Mr. Gaurav Goyal, Graduate in Commerce who passed his chartered accountancy Exam in November 2010. He secured 10th Rank in All India Final Exams. Initially he worked with Lanco Infratech Limited as Assisstant Manager Finance and earned good kudos. Because of his entrepreneurial ambitions, he joined Professional practice as CA in Dec 2011. He is very hardworking , and dynamic professional with zest for excellence.
He possess rich experience in the domain of Corporate Indirect Taxation and Project Financial Modeling and also on the panel of ICAI of Faculties in GST . Over a period of Five year he has delivered more than 100 lectures on GST in various public forums and branches of ICAI.
Mr. Ajay Kumar Khera- Partner

Mr. Ajay Kumar Khera, Graduate in Commerce passed his Chartered Accountancy in 2006. He possess good experience in Indirect Tax and Concurrent Audits. Initially he was serving one of the infrastructure company for a period of 5 years, then shifted to practice with a vision to serve the profession and country with the knowledge he earned during his tenure.
He is very straight forward, quick decision maker, flexible to work and also have good leadership skills.
Mr. Umang Jain- Partner

Mr. Umang Jain, was the working partner in the firm and he has Specialisation in Direct Tax, Audits and Advisory. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2018. He has successfully completed the Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Jain is having vast knowledge in the field of rendering management services, Audits of companies in various sectors, Audit of charitable trust, Internal Audits, Stock Audits, Tax Audits, Financial Advisory, Income Tax Assessments Cases, Statutory Compliances and various other matters.
Mr. Sunil Goyal- Partner

Mr. Sunil Goyal, was the working partner in the firm. He has an experience of 12 years in Auditing and Management Consultancy. He is graduate in Commerce and passed the Chartered Accountancy Exam in 2011.
Over a period of Eleven years, he has gained a varied experience in areas of Audit and Project Finance, of various entities like Companies and PSU’s banks, etc.
Anil Kumar Chaurasia- Manager

He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and having more than 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate and taxation advisory likes Income tax and Value Added Tax. He conducts extensive Due Diligences, both from legal and commercial perspectives, in order to ascertain the assets and liabilities of the Target Company/ business/asset, based on the underlying records.
Mr. Anil Chaurasia specialises in areas such as Direct Tax, Audits, Merger & Aquisitions and Litigations. He has quality experience of case preparation, planning optimum and result oriented procedures to be followed in each and every case and appearances before tax adjudication and appellate authorities.

He is an advocate having professional experience of more than 16 Years. His experience is in Value Added Tax, GST (Indirect Tax), Registrations under difference Act’s & Trade Mark etc.

He has been associated with the firm since 2015 & after qualifying he joined the firm as full time assistant. He has earlier worked with companies like Tata Tele Services Limited and Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India on various assignments.
Mr. Shubham Jain is having knowledge in the field of Direct Tax, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Cash Flow Audits, Corporate Taxation and Designing & Implementing SOPs for smooth functioning of client’s business, Project monitoring and controlling of various industry and various other matters.
